Our Services
Race Equality First delivers 9 services / projects:
Discrimination Casework Service; Advocacy for Victims of Hate Crime; Advocacy for Elderly Ethnic Minority People; Promoting Equality in Sport; Youth against Violent Extremism; Training; Policy Development, Campaigning and Lobbying; Annual Schools against Racism Calendar and Poster Competition and anti-discrimination workshops in schools, colleges and universities. Along with these ongoing services, we run a number of initiatives regularly throughout the year such as: Employment Training; Leadership and Public Speaking; Equality Research (such as our recent Under Representation of BME Women in Politics - see this report in the Research section); Monthly Interfaith Network; Monthly Youth Forums; Recruitment Initiatives for the civil service and health awareness sessions.
