How do I get in touch?
You can telephone 02920 486207 or fill in the Report Discrimination Form
What happens then?
We will take your initial details. Our discrimination casework officer will then seek further information about your complaint. She will then determine whether you have the possibility of a case to take forward. This may involve a face-to- face meeting at our office where you can talk to us in detail and sign an authorisation form for us to act on your behalf. You will also be advised of our casework policy and procedure formally at this stage. We will keep you updated of all actions taken on your behalf as well as any updates on your case
Do I have to pay?
Our service is free. However, you will be required to meet any potential costs that incur during your complaint, including Employment Tribunal fees.
